A staple next to Dr. Keith Buckley on the Rollins bench, Declan Link enters his 28th year with the Tars coaching staff.
Links assists in all aspects of the program, focusing on player development and strategy. His leadership has been instrumental in the Tars' strong soccer tradition.
As an All-American forward for the Tars, Link put together one of the most illustrious careers in program history. In his first season, he set a freshman school record with 16 goals and 37 total points. He still dots the Rollins record book, ranking fifth in career goals (43) and sixth in points (103).
Link was named Second Team All-America in 1989 and was a three-time All-South Region and All-Sunshine State Conference selection. He was also a two-time All-State selection, including a trip to the Florida State All-Star game alongside the top Division I stars in 1989.
In 2016, Link was inducted into the Sunshine State Conference Hall of Fame. He was enshrined in the Rollins Athletics Hall of Fame in 2000.
A native of Middlesex, U.K., he currently resides in the Orlando area with his wife Katy, and their three sons Alexander, Thomas and Jack.
