"As we head into the conference championship this weekend, the athletes are feeling prepared and excited to put their hard work to the test. The majority of the men's and women's teams set PRs or ran season bests two weeks ago at Disney, so I'm confident they are ready to line up against the very best cross country runners in the Sunshine State Conference. The goal is to come away with an effort we can be proud of and also some fuel for the fire to carry into the seasons to come."- Kaylyn Christopher
