Tars Ranked No. 4 in the Nation on Eve of Regionals

September 27, 2019 - With regional competitions on the horizon the National Collegiate Waterski Association released their national rankings.  The Tars enter the bulk of their competition season ranked No. 4 in the country by the NCWSA.

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette own the top spot in the poll.  Regional rival Alabama sits second, followed by the University of Louisiana-Monroe.  Rollins occupies the fourth spot, followed by another in regional foe, Clemson, rounding out the top-five.

Overall the Southern & Atlantic Coastal Region is responsible for three of the top-five, four of the top-10, and five of the top-20 spots in the ranks.

The Tars will face stiff competition this week as they travel to Greenwood, South Carolina for the Southern Atlantic Coastal Regionals, hosted by Clemson.  Rollins will be looking to qualify for their 14th consecutive National Championship.
